Community Hospice of Northeast Florida:  Grief and Loss Center has multiple locations. The Southside location is at 4266 Sunbeam Road Jacksonville, FL 33257.  Phone: (904) 268-5200.
·       Community Grief:  Conducts individual grief counseling.  Contact Ruth Pinder at (904) 407-6164 or (904) 407-7001.
·       Bereavement Support Groups:   Eight-session groups will cover common grief reactions, coping strategies
·       Camp Healing Powers:  Special Care for Bereaved Children:  Community Hospice's Camp Healing Powers is a weekend camp for young people, ages of seven - 17, coping with the death of a loved one.  It is conducted by staff bereavement specialists.  For more information, call (904) 407-7001

Haven Hospice:  Healing Hearts:  Grief support services include individual, family and group counseling as well as support groups and educational programs for anyone in the community who has experienced a loss. ·       Healing Hearts Grief Support Program:  Offers children and teens individual and family counseling.
·       Families Sharing in Grief and Hope group:  Monthly group meetings provide a time for families to come together, to share their experience and participate in a special activity. 
·      Camp Safe Haven:  A day camp at Camp Kulaqua in High Springs, for children ages 6 – 12 and youth ages 13 – 17, who have lost a loved one. For information about registering for upcoming camps, contact Vonceil Levine, MSW, at 352-692-5105 or 800-727-1889
·       SASHA’s Friends:  A support group for kids who are anticipating the loss of a loved one. To register for SASHA’S Friends, contact Evelyn James at (352)692-5133

Child Guidance:  Behavioral Health Assessment, Individual, Group and Family Therapy are provided at five outpatient offices.  Southside office is located at 5776 St. Augustine Rd., Jacksonville, FL 32207.  Phone:  (904) 448-4700.  
Community Family Services:  Therapy is provided in home and school settings.
Full Service Schools:  Behavioral Health services are provided through seven Full Service Schools and their feeder schools.  Phone: 448-4700.

Compassionate Friends:   Support group for parents and family members that have lost a child.  24 hour answering service (904)308-7481. 

Compassionate Families, Inc.:   Provides 24 hour peer grief counseling/support to adult and child homicide survivors; information and referrals. 218 North Broad Street Jacksonville, FL 32202(904) 354-0007

Victim Services:   number is 244-4600.

Youth Crisis Center - Family Link: Individual counseling for youth ages 10 – 17 and 18 years old if still in school.  Phone (904)725-6662.
